PROOFS are posted for viewing prior to purchase - they are covered by Copyright and are not to be copied, or downloaded, in any manner. Color and exposure may not be correct on proofs - these will be adjusted in the final image. Eyes showing glare from flash will be re-touched at no additional fee.

PRINTS

All prints come in a luster finish. Please be advised there is no release or license for reproduction of any sort given with a print purchase - they are for display only.  If you need a license to use an image for advertising, please contact me.

WEB-USE ONLY FILES

License is granted on low-res files for use only on your web-site, your trainer's web-site, any sale or advertising web-site, and social sites, such as Facebook. *

HI-RES FILES

Hi-res files are licensed for use only in print advertising such as flyers, magazine ads, banners, etc , as well as the same web-use as the web-use only files.  These files will only be sent directly to ad designers, graphic artists or publications.*

*Advertising is limited to promotion of the animal or ranch. Signature must remain visible or photo credit and notice of copyright must appear immediately adjacent to image(s). No files are licensed for use in creating non-advertising physical materials. No other release is included or implied. Copyright remains sole property of Lee Locke - Locke Photography.
